Cooked Bacon

TMI cooks more than 10 million rashers of bacon every week from our Northampton facility, conveniently located in the centre of England.

Innovations include reduced fat and salt products and flavours such as applewood, hickory and maple. Streaky bacon products include light, medium, dark and crispy rashers in whole, half, quarter, sixth and diced sizes.

We also produce back bacon, loin and pancetta, so there's something for everybody. Our bacon is used in sandwiches, wraps, ready meals and fillings and on pizzas and salads.
