Cooked ingredient company TMI Foods has launched new packs of Cooked Bacon Rollers under its Cornhill own-brand label.
Targeted at the major multiples, cash and carries and wholesalers, Cornhill Cooked Bacon Rollers (also known as "pigs in blankets") are packaged in a tray in 500g packs.
Cooked Bacon Rollers are rashers of streaky bacon individually wrapped around a cocktail sausage. The chilled product is ideal as a snack at buffets or can be reheated and served as part of a meal.
Other products in the Cornhill range include Crispy Streaky Bacon and Cooked Back Bacon, all offering distinct convenience benefits to consumers over uncooked bacon.
